Don Koch: JUST HAD TO SHARE A BIT OF THE STORM.....NEVER HAVE SEEN SO MUCH SNOW OUT OF 1 STORM!  HIGHWAYS ARE PRETTY MUCH SHUT DOWN BETWEEN CHICAGO AND MILWAUKEE (EVEN THE INTERSTATE) AND MALLS / BUSINESSES ARE CLOSED.  I CALLED  a friend  THIS MORNING TO ASK WHAT IT WAS LIKE AT HIS APARTMENT BECAUSE IT'S ALL OUTDOOR PARKING, AND HE SAID IT LOOKED LIKE BUBBLE WRAP....THE CARS ARE TOTALLY COVERED EXCEPT FOR THE "BUMP" ON TOP.  LUCKILY HE DIDN'T HAVE TO GO INTO WORK YESTERDAY.  SO....THAT'S THE SCOOP (AS IN SHOVEL) FROM WI.  WISH YOU WERE ALL HERE TO ENJOY THIS.

Chris Bestul: We cleared snowdrifts even the snow plow wouldn't tackle! 7 foot snowdrifts along a major portion of the driveway ending in the middle of the roadway. Big problem when you’re using your snow shovel & snow blower but have to watch out for motor vehicles at the same time.
Sus DAloia: Here's a few from my house, Grayslake.  We have at least 24in in the driveway where there's no drifts, but there's drifts everywhere. The drifts in the backyard are easily 6 ft, it's above the knee high from inside the house, & there's 3 steps down to the patio.  Stay warm & safe!

Steve Sherry: Good thing our meeting is not this weekend.  Everyone would have to bring a shovel to get into the house.  I'll send some pics separate.  15 - 24 inches in the drive, 6 foot drifts in the backyard.  Could not get the doors open and was thinking about going out a window.  Fortunately, my neighbor came over and shoveled around the door.  Welcome APRIL!

Bob Anderson:  About 6" in Howell, MI.  We should lynch all of the weathermen.

Mike Young:  Here is the front door to my office in Germantown –
