Thank you for your interest in our replica Civil War era stadia sight/rangefinder.

We are members of the North-South Skirmish Association (N-SSA) and American Civil War Shooting Association (ACWSA).  Our team competes in live-fire target shooting competitions with Civil War era black powder weapons.  We also participate in local Civil War reenactments, living histories, educational programs and parades.

Our stadia sight is a reproduction of original stadia sights that were used during the Civil War by sharpshooters, artillerymen and anyone else who needed to quickly determine the range to a man-sized or cavalry-sized target.

Stadia were often given as prizes to the top shooters in a unit; brass for the company champion and a silver stadia for the regimental champion.  We have endeavored to faithfully reproduce these stadia sights as closely as possible to the originals.

If you would like to order a stadia sight or if you have any questions please contact Dan Davis, - GreencoatCoG@aol.com, or call (815) 274-8408 (day) or (815) 723-0271
